Annapolis Mechanic collects basic website analytics, including page views, profile views, phone-number clicks, website/social clicks, hours clicks, Google review clicks, referring pages, UTM campaign parameters, device/browser information, anonymous visitor IDs, and anonymous session IDs.
We use this information to operate the directory, measure listing performance, improve the website, prevent abuse, and provide mechanics with reporting about their own listing activity and overall site traffic.
We do not sell personal information. Analytics data is used for directory operations and reporting. Phone clicks indicate that a visitor clicked a phone link; they do not prove that a completed phone call occurred.
Mechanics with dashboard access can see analytics related to their own listing plus high-level website traffic totals. Site administrators can see platform-wide listing performance and traffic trends.
Contact form submissions may include information you provide, such as name, business name, phone number, email, address, website, social media links, services, and notes. This information is used to review and manage directory listings.
